Did you get your pen back? Cross makes very nice pens....Nope. And it was a graduation gift from my sister when I got my MBA. Wrote letters and got the reply that because of all the confiscated ‘contraband’ they get, there is no accounting. I read “One of those ignorant AA workers kept it.”
Long ago, I worked retail and had a favorite (not disposable, but not expensive either) pen. I put it down on the counter for a moment and then looked up to see a customer on the other side of the counter putting it into his shirt pocket.
