They’d need multiple missiles at once. The chance of a single missile hitting an aircraft carrier is pretty slim.

Simple answer. They’re going to burn it in effigy.

King Darius III in 334 BC, the Persian (now Iranian) leader decided to take on young (22) Alexander the Great at Gaugamela.

One thing King Darius took lightly was that Alexander the Great had a brain. So, it was Alexander’s brain against Darius’s empty head, some candid historians agree. Anyway with 200,000 men, Darius figured out how to lose to Alexander and his 35,000 men.

One specific tactic was sending horse drawn chariots into Alexander’s lines. The chariots had rotating/spinning knife like devices extending out a couple feet. Alexander trained his men to open up a hole and let the chariot fall in. At the end of the hole, his men stood firm with long sharp spears and ofcourse when the horses ran into the hole the spears killed them.

So, the Persian mind in warfare is a proven non entity witnessed by their recent ten year war with Hussein that would have lasted ten days up against a modern western army like the U.S.

So, whatever they are planning with their toy carrier can likely be counted on to be a flop! Like their whole country!

Navy officials said they are sure it’s not a real aircraft carrier, but they are puzzled about Iran’s intent in replicating such a large American warship.

I haven’t even read all the replies, but it doesn’t take
a genius to tell them that it’s to be used to train
Jihadi Suicide Pilots And Unmanned Drone Operators!!!

What other use could it have?????
That is what I would use it for, get those pilots and
oerators primed to have it first in their mind, maybe
hypnosis, and drugs besides. They ain’t playing around
folks!!!!!

Tet68 signing off for the Night.
Over and OUT.

I’m not sure if you and F-15 or who ever are questioning
this but the Japanese did create a mock up of Pearl in
one of their harbor areas that was close to the layout
of Pear.

I see this as the same thing, same planning.
I wouldn’t be surprised if you could find the 911 Pilots
computers, I bet that had simulations where they flew
them into the towers.

Remember THEY KNOW THEY ARE AT WAR with US !!!!!!!
Wonder how close they would have to be to get a
tactical nuke war head close enough to do real damage????

"The mock-up of the aircraft carrier was first noticed last summer, 5th Fleet officials said, but it wasn’t until February that they saw the number 68 painted on it — the same number of the USS Nimitz, which was deployed in the region last summer."

Whatever it is, it's unlikely to last more than a few moments after the start of a Sino-American war.

“Of course it’s for propaganda. A 5 second video clip of a missile exploding it is all they need.”

Makes sense... except that these days you can just use computers to produce a video like that...

Has there been any unusual aircraft activity recently? Like simulated passenger jet dive bomber runs, manned aerial torpedoes or just aircraft flying over at high altitude in circles?

march 24th is tomorrow, methinks it will be a busy day. ROP chatter boards claim march 24th will be a special day.

Like King Darius III up against Alexander the Great, these current “Persians” can be counted on to screw up even a movie contract.
