I don’t think the left really believes it will work or last, either. They have simply assembled a collection of people who, for one reason or another, hate western civilization. They have these people trying to chip away at the foundations of the countries they inhabit. Muslims, feminists, and gays are incompatible, but they all labor side by side to destroy western nations. I guess they all think that when it comes crashing down, they’ll be the ones to assume power, so they put their differences aside for now until that day comes.
If Mr. Fluck can even conceive of a day when the Islamists take over England, he likely believes he will be long gone. Now he is probably celebrating a big Saudi deposit into his Swiss bank account.
I don’t understand. I can make the same sort of restrictions in my will for any property not held jointly with Mrs. VanShuyten. If any of my heirs don’t like it, screw’em.
Here’s a darker explanation - gays, women and Muslims are spiritually weaker, and easier for demons to possess or control, period. So they pursue an anti-freedom agenda with stark hypocrisy and rabid rage because they aren’t controlling themselves anymore.
Yeah, not PC. But they are determined to destroy the very thing that protects them, wild with rage, with zero explanation of what they will replace it with except their own, personally run totalitarianism.

This doesn't mean there's more more than one type of law in the UK. If you read the article carefully, all it means is that the Law Society (the lawyers' professional body) is drafting a standard form of words for wills which have a particular set of provisions. The Law Society doesn't make the law, which is unchanged. You can leave your money how you want. That's the law, and always has been.
The purpose of a will is simply to ensure that your money is left as you want it to be, and is watertight against legal challenge. If muslims want to leave their money in a certain way, fine, let them. The Law Society is simply saying 'if you want to do that, here's a standard form of words which will ensure your wishes stand up in court if challenged.' There are already many such standard forms for more traditionally orthodox wills. The law is unaffected.
