When John McCain was running for president in 2008, he often spoke warmly of his friendship with Hillary Rodham Clinton as an illustration of his ability to work across the political aisle...
Six years later -- even with all the partisan bickering over the attack on the U.S. diplomatic post in Benghazi -- that warmth between McCain and the Clintons appears to have survived. It was evident at the opening session of the youth-focused conference known as the Clinton Global Initiative University on Friday night at Arizona State University.

You guys gave us Brewer...and McCain.....how about putting some unrelenting conservatives in office next go 'round?
:)
If there ever is a RINO Hall of Fame, McCain would be what Honus Wagner is to the baseball Hall of Fame.
If McCain was working “across he aisle” he’d be working with Republicans.
Dingleberries on the butt-hole of the body politic both of them.
can we drop them both on Moscow?
He could be her Biden
That's a violation of the Geneva Convention, and would invite a nuclear response from the Russkies.
remember this....McCain spent much of his so-called 2008 campaign going around telling America (who did not know BHO from Yassar Arafat or any hole in the ground for that matter)...just how nice and decent and intelligent and wonderful BHO was, and how we needn’t be afraid to vote for BHO, etc.
McCain ran as an Enabler for BHO, someone who had no visible qualifications, experience, connections with this country, or (other than racial) political base.
And now this article makes it sound like McCain is gearing up to serve again as an Enabler, this time for Hillary?
Not new. Back in 2000 during the campaign someone noticed that his wife was sporting an eagle brooch which indicated support for the PIAPS.
A lot like the Bush family. They have the utmost respect for the Clintons as well.
See Mena Airport.
It is my contention that if Chelsea Clinton could marry a member of the Bush family, the US would not need to hold Presidential elections for the next thirty years. Think of how much money that would save those of us who donate when the Rhino’s come calling.
Just Wow. Ohhh, but it gets worse, kids!
"Mr. President [Clinton], I thank you for your leadership in two terms in office where you had to make tough decisions -- the most difficult that any commander-in-chief has had to make," McCain said. "And I think you made the right decisions."
Juan, Juan! The pasture is green and tasty! Please.... go out to it! NOW!
That is conspiracy theory, we must only remark upon official history.
yes, that was a momentary burst of mean-spiritedness that I must now withdraw. Such cruelty to the Russians is uncalled for. (They’d probably prefer nukes anyway)
Wouldn't surprise in the least.
McCain is one of the biggest frauds to ever hold office in this country. He crashed two navy jets, was shot down in a third one because he didn’t follow orders then turned on his fellow POWs. And he was only a pilot because of his daddy.
Then he gets out, divorces his wife and marries the drug addicted daughter of a rich beer distributer. I get nauseous every time I remember that I voted for him.
Sound like Juan is reaching around again.
Are we sure that McCain is really a Reoublican?
Agreed! He is a media hound and a lover of Government. I have no doubt that he wishes that he can retire as a Senator and live the good life afterwards. Too bad that he had become such a hated individual though because of his service. He should just be hanged instead as most of other traitors of this nation have been...
