She shouts “bugger” several times. Does she have homosexuals on her staff? They must be humping each other (buggery) while she is talking.

“Bugger” is an English interjection, sort of a ‘nice’ way to swear. You may hear an Englishman say “Oh bugger it!” when frustrated.

What she shouts (before translation) is: “Blin!”.
Literally, “blin” means “pancake”, but in informal Russian it is a polite-society replacement of “Blyad!”, which is a four-letter word which, in turn means either whore, or as in Timoshenko case, is used to stress/enforce her statement emotionally.

My mother (Irish) used the word “bugger” talking to me and it was in a kinda negative context -as if you were dabbling in mischief.

Never the British “bugger off”, though.
