Given that the school is in California...all bets are off. I dont know what the local politics are around Yosemite

this is utterly grotesque... but aside from this freakish case, i do not understand conservatives who send their children to government school... i do not get it... it does not matter where the school is located or what the local politics are... these are not public schools... not anymore... these taxpayer-funded schools have not been public schools for a long time...

Many conservatives are scraping by on just putting food on the table and paying rent/mortgage, much less paying $thousands to send children to private school or home schooling. I’m not holding these people blameless, but the current system almost inexorably pushes them to choose tax-payer funded public schools or nothing.

Perhaps if vouchers were an option, people could do this.
