I had a boss once that wrote in an answer that the plaintiff had filed a petition full of “gobbledegook”!
If he did it, as that Popehat site said, pro se, he did a workmanlike job. They seemed to describe his pleadings as not serious or even frivolous.
Setting aside 111., his responses in his Answer and Counterclaims were quite good, I thought.
And good to hear he shucked NRO. Bill Buckley wouldn’t recognize the place now.
I hope he puts some wood to the backsides of the eco-nazis.
