I have seen the girl before and after.

She went from being able to walk to not being able to walk.

I know you feel you have to defend your client but BCH had decided before Justina came in that there was no such thing as Mitochondrial diagnosis.

This is not this first time BCH has done this. They did this to another boy with the same disease. They eventually lost and Gabriel Hilliard was returned to his parents.

BCH is doing this so often that they are calling it a “parent-ectomy.”

They currently have another patent, a six year old girl with Mitochondrial diagnosis where they doing the same thing.

BCH has an agenda. Maybe they actually think they are helping these kids. Or maybe they are getting grant money for research. Yes, I can be a bit cynical.

I’ve read elsewhere that the lead MD involved is deeply involved on the research side.
