I wonder credibly if he truly, his spoiled self, has no earthly idea how money works, and he thought that people like Bush just ran around telling everyone what to do, eating and travelling, and things all worked out.

The real difference-maker is a simple motive:

HE HATES US.

Get it yet? It's all malice, nothing else. Malice, and the will to power, to put the American People in a subordinate, begging position ........... with an audience that Obama is prancing and dancing and performing for. An audience of America-haters.
