What the hell is wrong with these people? If you aren’t running around dipping your pole in random rectums in third world cesspools you will likely not catch AIDS. Telling someone “you know, you live in Haiti and it is probably not a good idea to run around having unprotected sex with random people,” is not oppression. Next the UN will be complaining that someone is going to tell junkies it is a bad idea to use street drugs and share filthy needles with random people.
Good call. Sexual fidelity alone cannot prevent HIV. It takes sexual fidelity (which is MUCH easier and more reliable when one delays sexual debut), plus avoid IV drugs, plus reliable screening for blood transfusions and organ donations. Sexual fidelity is only about 90% of what is needed to prevent HIV.
