At what point does it become high tech industry's problem when Black kids choose to stay in bed and not to go to school, knowing their parents won't do anything, or are too afraid of the kid, to do anything about it? When did it become high tech industry's problem about all of those Black students who majored in African-American or women's studies because they don't want to have to think, or solve quadratic equations? At what point did it become high tech industry's problem because the national Black leadership chooses to lead from a position hiding behind the title of reverend rather than a legitimate academic degree in something other than religious studies?
