Where I grew up, those surnames were familiar in the urban, working class; linked to the “Northern Factory Migration” after WWII.
Sounds like the breach was between the knees of a direct report.
Watson is a complete incompetent who has grown wealthy while damaging, if not destroying, a series of taxpayer supported public colleges and, now, a university in the State of Illinois. He has been aided and abetted by the Chicago and Illinois Democratic Machine every step of the way. Everything that he touches turns to excrement.

Such a PC way of saying that Watson was a crook and a liar, remind you of anybody else like mac daddy.
Just like California, Illinois needs to go bankrupt! Bankruptcy is the only avenue to sanity in these states. Probably CT, MA, MD, NJ, NY and a few others need to go under as well.
Hire a paramour and make the taxpayers pay for her upkeep...
