Joe Biden acting as a federal employee and arguably the second most powerful individual in the executive branch openly admitted that he views foreign national violators of US immgration laws, exempt from those laws for all intents and purposes in his opinion. That’s treason material, actionable abandonment of his federal oath at minimum.
