I’m fine with all that, so long as the private businesses/entities mentioned have the final say so over their own property. Government has no more right to tell a bar owner or a church congregation they must allow guns on their property than they do telling them they aren’t allowed.


As long as there are strict standards for signage (if carrying where privately prohibited is criminalized) or if it is treated as no more than trespass.

I also believe that some privately owned places that are effectively public accommodations should not be able to prohibit carry (hotels, malls, theaters, buslines).

You forgot to include such places as Facebook, eBay, and other internet sites as public accommodations.

They should not be allowed to discriminate either.
