Upon hearing that he had been kicked out of the exclusive G-8 Club because of his aggressive and obnoxious behavior over the Ukraine, Russian strongman Vladimir Putin reportedly just shrugged.
Quoting Karl Marx, he said, "I wouldn't want to belong to any club that would have me as a member."
While Karl Marx was known to have said a lot of stupid things, this was not one of them. However, Putin's press aide, Bruno Smirnoff, did not have the nerve to tell his leader that he was wrong.
