I simply don't care — as stated above, it harms us not at all to allow two enemies to expend energy on each other rather than on us or our interests.

I never said it did; what I did say was that it expends energies that would otherwise be directed against us, either on Fallon's part or McConell's.
Therefore, it is stupid to interfere in it. (i.e. let those that are not with us expend there energies among themselves and not against us.)

I understood your point all along. I just don't think it amounts to much. McConnell isn't going to "expend energies" on Fallon's nonsense and Fallon will move on to his next joke. It's just trivial crap that is meaningless.

But if you're interested in seeing Matt Bevin win the Republican primary, help him out. Doing that would be far from meaningless.
