Bleachers have to handicap-accessible? I’m trying to visualize that. Along the same lines as a braille keypad at the drive up ATM machine I would imagine.

That's not a joke. In montgomery county maryland ( THE Freak state) they have had braille pads at bank drive-ups for years. If you didn't know, montgomery county is the wingnut-asshat capitol of the world.
