I LOATH, from the bottom of my heart, the current status of Tort Law and negligence. It took a turn for the worse in the early 1900s, and then again in the 50s & 70s. Current laws on negligence have virtually no allowance for individual responsibility.

However, my loathing the law does not make it go away...

No, but there is a process to make it go away. It is those that attack that process that must be eliminated.
