Navy officials are considering removing tobacco from all retail outlets, for those who'd like to speak to the matter http://www.navy.mil/submit/contacts.asp

Thanks for the link. I don’t use tobacco but the troops who do should be able to purchase it on base. They have fought too many wars protecting the rights of the people trying to take their rights from them. I let them know my take on it.

MY COMMENT TO THE SITE:

I read the Navy is considering not carrying tobacco products in Navy stores.

Used to be we had freedom in America especially to use a LEGAL PRODUCT.

We ask our military to fight for us, go on float for 6 months at a time but as grown men, you are going to tell them they can not smoke a cigarette?

I weep for this country who is losing the freedoms we used to have.

My request/demand is that you allow the men to choose to smoke or not, but carry the tobacco products in the stores.

however, they make the CODE you have to enter so blurry that I did it 3 times and every time it was incorrect so I guess it didn’t go thru.

AT LEAST this site they don’t wipe out your comment and you can just try the code again. Other places you can write paragraphs and they wipe it out, that is why I always copy it before I try the code.
