LA MESA, Calif. - A local couple called 10News concerned after they received an envelope from the state's Obamacare website, Covered California. Inside was a letter discussing voter registration and a registration card pre-marked with an "x" in the box next to Democratic Party.

The couple – who did not want their identity revealed – received the letter and voter registration card from their health insurance provider Covered California, the state-run agency that implements President Obama's Affordable Care Act.

(briefest of exerpts because I couldn't find ABC on the CR list but still wasn't sure if we exerpt them or not, so better safe than sorry I guess.)

To add my personal story, I've received only two mailings from Covered-CA - both identical, telling me I was not eligible for the silver plan or for government subsidies but should be eligible for (welfare, which I don't want) Medi-cal, and my local county would send my confirmation of enrollment. These two letters were received within weeks of each other, after I called in January to check my status (at which time I was asked to photocopy and fax my DL). I applied the first morning of the first day back in October. Seven months and counting I have no idea if I have coverage or not. With stories such as the above one might even wonder if I haven't heard anything because maybe democrats' political aims are being served first and issuance of medical coverage cards second. But that would be silly. I'm sure they're just backlogged.

I guess it's a good thing I'm healthy because without coverage I certainly can't make a doctor's appointment even if I can vote. But what if I have to go to a hospital? What happens then? will they charge me the penalty? or give me a voter registration card first?

This is exactly why secretaries of state are some of the most important races in the nation.

Good thing Yee is done.

Believe it was after the FL debacle ‘starring’ Kathleen Harris that the LIBs altered their tactics and said the most important job in a state was to get control of AG and/or SecState as they were in ‘charge’ of the ballot boxes etc.

(03-24) 17:30 PDT SAN FRANCISCO — California, which has one of the nation’s lowest voter-registration rates, is mailing voter signup cards to nearly 4 million enrollees in its new health insurance program.......after being threatened with a lawsuit by voting rights groups.

he ACLU represents the League of Women Voters and others who accused the state of violating the 1993 National Voter Registration Act by failing to include voter-registration material in insurance applications”.

My daughter registered to vote and filled in the form as a Republican, then to find out that they had registered her as a Democrat.

It must have been a mistake. /s

Paper Ballots observed live on cameras, with representatives of at least three parties there; Democrat, Republican and Tea Party. I would include Socialist too, but I’ve already said the Democrat Party as it now exists.

No doubt it was only a single rogue worker and they sent out only the one marked ballot.

The AG and SOS were the two gems of the 2010 Michigan election.

Those racists wanted to see ID? Are you kidding me, ID?? That is so wrong to want you to prove who you are. Tell them you don’t need to show them no stinkin’ ID.

/s

Tell them you are illegal and you should just slide in with no problem.

Not sure about that. One of the people running for the Secretary of State is running against the “Koch Brothers” who does that sound like? When I first heard about Yee I immediately thought this was leaked now to get Yee to withdraw from that race. Yee had good name recognition here better than the others who were running. I think this guy

is a ringer for the Democrats he sounds like a Soros drone.

Ruth Johnson wisely ran against a Soros drone here in Michigan. Just check out Benson’s bio on wiki sometime. She’s a true blue marxist. Two of Benson’s former staffers were behind the fake tea party scam in 2010.
