Small businesses are exempt, afaik.

This one is not small enough.

He has six to ten employees at 23 stores. That's somewhere between 138 and 230 employees.

A "small" business has fewer than 50 employees.

In the future businesses will either have fewer than 50 or more than 500 employees. In reality it becomes protection from competition for large businesses. The up and coming business will never have a chance.

I didn’t say it was a small business.

I was responding to a claim in post 6, that Obamacare was going to cost small businesses a lot of money.

Of course, Barry might redefine “small business” at any time...

Which also explains the push for amnesty. The libs and RINOs get only their paltry paycheck from taxpayers. They get their millions from corporations.

I know a fellow who owns/operates two resturants.
He has 60 employees. He will have to either lay off 11 and run the risk of much lower service to his customers or just close up both of them and cash out and retire.

Hell of a choice he has to make.
