Going by their records, nope. Not enough to matter. Both pro gay, anti military, pro socialist healthcare, pro illegal...and many other points.

Oh and Romney’s liberalism helped move the whole of the GOP left. See their votes since the slaughter for proof. Thats something Barry couldn’t even do.

Maybe not much, but enough for me to believe that the US would be in much better shape today with Romney at the helm.

There isn't an electable conservative today that would meet the criteria of such a diverse group as conservatives are. There's always something wrong with someone that will keep enough conservatives at home sitting on their hands and letting a Dem win yet another election.

Romney was the last chance for the GOPe to get (at least partial) conservative support for their lame candidates.

Jeb will do worse than Romney. The GOPe has LOST the base.
