But I’m SURE they could recite perfectly the lyrics of their favorite hip-hop songs.

A hundred and fourteen senators, and they can’t name one?

The American University is a private and fairly expensive college.

That make their lazy-brain mindset even worse from many perspectives. Private or Chartered schools used to be prized for their high standards.

This school sits right in the neighborhood of all the embassies - you’d think a smidgen of DC life would have rubbed off on them.

They were screwed up when I went there for graduate studies in the late 1960’s, and apparently they still are.

Our high schools are in such bad shape that I’m surprised how so many graduates who know nothing about our country, can get accepted to college.

Then again, knowing the sad state of our educational systems, I can understand the mess we have today.

American University was never a top level school, but that’s no excuse. Civics is almost never taught anywhere. How to use Microsoft and gender-neutral bathrooms and how to prepare for gender-neutral proms and live gender-neutral or transgender lives are the priority curricula of the “progressive” brain-washing that pretends to be education.

Yup, though not highly regarded in general.

Very funny ... thank you ... but wasn’t there “one left to go and two, Alaska and Hawaii, that he wasn’t allowed to visit” ... wouldn’t that make a nice round number of 120 Senators! Only 1025 days, 23 hours, 33 minutes +/- ... is there a drug that can put me into suspended animation ‘til then?!

Thanks for that ... very funny ... although, didn’t he visit ‘all 57 states ... 1 to go ... and 2(Alaska & Hawaii) that he wasn’t allowed to visit’ ... that would make a nice round number of 120 Senators!

They all have an opinion for 3 seconds about a person place or thing but know nothing about that person place or thing. Love late night skits like Kimmel in the streets asking people about events that never happened, bills that dont exist, politicians and thier agenda’s

I’ve always counted his statement as 60 states, but it is always described as “57” even here, and I didn’t think as many would get it if I said 120 Senators, since it looks too much like a natural mistake on my part.

“It is wonderful to be back in Oregon. Over the last 15 months, we’ve traveled to every corner of the United States. I’ve now been in 57 states? I think one left to go. Alaska and Hawaii, I was not allowed to go to even though I really wanted to visit, but my staff would not justify it.”

Lindsey Graham is single.

Are any other US senators unmarried?

But they can say the Koch brothers are bad, Ted cruz is racist, and Sarah Palin can see Russia from her house.
