When Barack Obama Stands Firm
American Thinker ^ | 3/31/2014 | Karl Ushanka

In times past, both Presidents Truman and Reagan took principled stands that resulted in global stability and lives saved.  Specificlally, two determined anti-communist presidents confronted the Soviet Union in such an aggressive manner that it disturbed even their closest advisors.  The Berlin Airlift looked impossible in 1948, as did the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) in 1983.  Nearly everybody – opponents, advisors, the media and the public – thought these policies were beyond the nation’s capabilities.  And they were proved wrong.

(snip)

While president, Obama has not yet stood apart from his party or advisors.  To find an example of daring leadership on the part of Obama, you have to go back to his days in the Illinois State Senate.

(snip)

Illinois Senate Bill 1095 was named the Born Alive Infant Protection Act (BAIPA).  It was modeled after the federal version that was introduced in 2000.  The BAIPA legislation was triggered by the 1999 revelation by Jill Stanek, a labor and delivery nurse at Christ Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois, that infants born alive after failed abortions were being “shelved” and left to die.  Ms. Stanek, who had witnessed this procedure, was terminated in 2001 for going public.  After her termination, Christ Hospital continued the shelving procedure.

(snip)

This is where Illinois Senator Obama’s fearless three-year stand on principle began.  Illinois Senate Bill 1095 was introduced in February 2001.  Senator Obama, sitting on the Judiciary Committee, voted “No,” and the bill later failed to pass the Democrat-controlled House.  "We at Planned Parenthood view those as leadership votes," said the abortion company's Illinois president and CEO, Pam Sutherland.

He is fearlessly leading us from behind, as we have been told.

“Obama’s fearless three-year stand on principle began.”.....

And continues to this day as he leads all of us over
the cliff towards communism. Oh, how I despise that man.

“When Barack Obama Stands Firm”

I thought this was a setup for a bath house joke. (Speaking of “leading from behind”.)

Ha ha....

IF they are LUCKY enough to GET born in the first place!

About 25% of future Americans NEVER get that chance; as their lives are SNUFFED out before birth.

There will be about 3,300 of them

TODAY!

This is one of the few paper trails he left ... I guess pure EVIL really is a resume enhancement for Demonrats. This was one of the first things I researched on him after he gave the keynote address @ the 2004 Demonrat Convention. Everything I read from that point on sent chills down my spine ... still does! I remember thinking that surely Americans weren’t that stupid to elect a creature like that ... same thought in 2012 ... then I remembered having the same thoughts about Bubba ... twice! I guess Americans on the whole are beyond the pale STUPID!

Abortion: the only procedure where “failure” saves a life.

The American voter was shielded from Obama’s past and his positions. Their media ran a very effective campaign to protect him from any scrutiny. He was a manufactured image to appeal to enough groups of people to get elected. Add to that, they used Chicago style ballot counting to get reelected in ‘12.
Imagine is we had a media that actually did their job.
baraq would still be in Illinois.

RE: Standing firm on communism.

There is a huge difference between Truman/Reagan and Obama.

Harry Truman and Ronald Reagan were anti-communist.

Barack Obama is anti-anti-communist.

The 'media' isn't a good enough excuse ... it was not hard to do independent research about Obongo ... people are too lazy and too stupid ... and they don't care about what damage their laziness and stupidity causes. “The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money.” ― Alexis de Tocqueville The only thing that most of my so-called 'fellow Americans' care about is what milk they can get from the government teat! We need paper ballots, photo voter IDs, IQ tests for voters plus a property test. Welfare = no vote. Those things might save the Republic, but frankly I think it is too late!!!

After careful study I can find nothing wrong with any of that. It all makes perfect sense, in fact it is all such basic common sense thinking that it should be obvious to all. Of course you know that that means you are a right wing nutcase, don’t you?
