They should be in ONE more public facility: the POKEY.
The reporter said that while the typical punishment is only probation, there is going to be an attemtp to seek jail time. But....these people appear to still have ample resources to pay for a good lawyer (e.g., they can always sell the yacht to raise cash). Good chance they walk with only having to pay a fine.
The states will spend many millions going after them. Taxpayers get the shaft again.
