Even if they actually did sign up 9 million people, so far we have spent 638 million on the HHS website alone not to mention every single state has its own website.

Thats 70 million dollars for every person enrolled.

For this amount of money, we could have bought insurance for every uninsured person in America and not screwed up the medical /insurance system for the rest of us hard working Americans.
