Here is the Dhimmicrat response, according to their logic:

Nixon was never tried and convicted in the impeachment proceedings. Having never answered the charges to and by the people, we was found “untried”. His actions, thereby set an unimpeachable precedent for all incoming POTUS to follow.

Since we do not have a legal decision that specifically says the POTUS cannot do these things and are a violation of oath and office, Obamugabe can go and do likewise until proper jurispridence is exacted.

In sum, had Nixon not resigned and subsequently been found guilty of these alleged violations, then Obamugabe would not have engaged in similar acts; in corollary, Obumagabe can engage in the same activities until such time he is impeached and found guilty of the same.

It will come to Congress to meet-out justice as they desire.
