I am not an expert on the Geneva convention, but it seems the Russian military can be arrested and thrown into jail with no protections, or even just shot, if they do not wear the uniform of their country.

March 27,......These are the Right Sector extremists who think they own parliament in Kiev....you will see the familiar faces of the leaders in front of Parliment. This is how they celebrate Ukraine being bailed out....there is no way this country will ever be allowed into the EU.
