Australia’s highest court has ruled that a person can be legally recognized as gender neutral as opposed to male or female, ending a long legal battle by a sexual equality campaigner.
“The High Court… recognizes that a person may be neither male nor female, and so permits the registration of a person’s sex as ‘non-specific’,” it said in a unanimous judgment, dismissing a New South Wales state appeal to recognize only men or women.
The case centered on a person called Norrie—who does not identify as either male or female—who fought a legal battle for a new gender-neutral category. …

If you have a Y chromosome you are male. If you don’t you’re female. There is no in between. The politically correct crowd are in denial of reality while saying everyone else is.
We hear now that the biogenetcs chemists are cobbling together chromosomes by snipping in a third source, say an ant or whatever. I think ostrich might be a candidate. But maybe they can manufacture a Z-chromosome, now that hey already have X and Y types? How about snipping in an orchid, or sweet potato?
So, the sodomites have won in Australia. What they couldn’t get done directly, they have accomplished through a back door. The court has effectively legalized same-sex “marriage.”
Refuge Restrooms Helps Users Locate Gender Neutral Bathrooms
Finding a safe bathroom space has always been an issue for transgender, genderqueer, non-binary individuals — people from all over the spectrum of gender identity. Now, a new website called Refuge Restrooms is attempting to help people in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community who don’t feel safe in traditionally gendered restrooms find safe options within close proximity.
The resource is fully searchable and mappable and users can add new listings and make comments on existing ones about the access, or how safe the restroom is, etc.
“Bathroom usage is a huge issue for trans people. It’s been well documented over the past few months in the press just how big of an issue it is,” Refuge Restrooms creator Teagan Widmer told The Huffington Post. “California passed a bill that allowed trans students to use the bathroom of the gender with which they identify, but Republicans in the state are trying to repeal it... I built the site because I saw a gap that needed to be filled.”
Widmer noted that a similar resource for individuals seeking gender neutral bathrooms used to exist called Safe2Pee. However, over the course of the past year that site has progressively stopped working.

I distinctly recall a few years ago coming across the entire “propper” community which tied in elements of these kids that are into dressing up as their favorite Japanamation character, or just going to these “cosplay” events where they dress up and have all the faux Victorian Sci-Fi alternate reality and gadgetry of the whole “steampunk” thing.
I was just looking to what may have become of the actual cigarette holder prop that was actually in the movie “The Wages of Fear” (never found out), but one of the things I came across were these people making perfect replica props of the Ghostbuster proton packs... with all the lights and gizmos... the amount of work these people do is nothing short of amazing. It is art... I dunno if it really contributes to a productive society, but it’s Art.
