People are doing pot, some people walk off buildings.

Occasionally there will be someone who does both.

They are implying cause and effect.

But it is as wrong as saying driving a car causes accidents. Many people drive cars, SOME have accidents.

If EVERYONE who smoked pot fell off a building, then you would be on to something. One example does not prove anything.
