Kiev, Ukraine (CNN) -- The killings of protesters in the Ukrainian capital during anti-government demonstrations in February took place under the order of ousted President Viktor Yanukovych, a report said Thursday.

The preliminary report by the Ukrainian government implicated pro-Moscow Yanukovych in the covert planning of a series of sniper attacks in Kiev, backed by Russia, during the rallies that eventually led him to flee across the border.

Presenting the findings at a news conference, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said evidence showed Yanukovych had directly ordered snipers to open fire on protesters. Yanukovych, now in Russia, has denied personal responsibility for the bloodshed.

Twelve members of the feared Berkut special security forces have been detained as part of the investigation, Prosecutor General Oleh Makhnytsky announced.

The inquiry looked into the shootings on Instytutska Street in Kiev, where dozens were killed on February 18-20. Around 100 people are now known to have died in Ukraine since the unrest began in November following Yanukovych's last-minute U-turn over a deal with the European Union in favor of closer ties with Russia.

Was it a protest or a planned coup?

It was a coup straight out the the Globalist’s “Color Revolution” playbook. The minute Yanukovych ditched the sodomite EU in favor of Moscow he was done.

IIRC, during the early days of the uprising there were reports like, out of 30 deaths, 10 were riot police. Haven’t seen any reports like that since then. Now,it is assumed all dead were protesters.

That "article" reads like a Soros front press release.

I'm sure there were natural tensions between Russia and Ukraine. They were exploited by the Obama/Soros/sodomite EU overthrow operation. Its standard operating procedure.

I don’t know if Putin is a bad guy or not. Could be. I do know for a fact that the Globalists -Obama, Soros, the sodomite EU, etc.- are. Putin may be a US adversary but Obama and his Globalists masters are a clear and present danger to the US and are destroying the nation RIGHT NOW! What ever that are up in Ukraine you can be sure its going to be detrimental to the Ukrainian people and all of Humanity.

You apparently do not understand communism. Again I suggest that you read The Perestroika Deception. Since Soros has always been a communist what makes you think he has any different agenda than Putin?

You blow off eye witness reports related by a Ukrainian because you (in all of your infinite wisdom) decided that it must be Soros funded.

it would help if you actually understood the history of the area and didn’t accept nonsense at face value.
