Derek Hunter makes good points... it’s a start. Maybe he could look into the Alliance for Audited Media...( the old Audit Bureau of Circulation) Are newspaper numbers staying high because of new ways of counting? Are numbers honestly reflecting the loss of conservative readers? Or is everything ‘fine’... Maybe - maybe not - just curious....
Newspapers are tanking for two reasons.
1) A guy named Craig Newmark completely demolished their highly profitable classified advertising business.
2) Nobody under the age of 30 (35?) even looks at them. If my grandkids didn’t see the WSJ at our house, they’d have no idea what a “newspaper” is.
