HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!
The worst part about waiting for the new job is that my bank account is running on fumes. It happens every time I get ready for a major job. But, everything is in order, and I got a personal email from the VP who said he was looking forward to me starting because they have lots of work for me.
This is better than working for the DC contractors because it means, unless the company goes under, I won’t need to find a new job when the company gets out bid by another contractor. I am so looking forward to job security.

I agree....”Trust but verify” comes to mind...and so does...”walk softly and carry a big stick”....but that being said...more and more, I am coming to the conclusion that they are all on the same team...they are all corrupt...they are all in it for themselves, and the United States bedamned...!! In other words.....EFF EM ALL!
And another thing........you would have to pay me LARGE sums of money to even speak to any of those creatures! Ivividly recall being on active duty and the Co ORDERING us to go to the Clinton “grip and grin” line at the airport...it was classic...as soon as the CO stopped talkling, we all looked at eachother and said “OK, who is junior?” (and thank goodness I was the old broad, and had boots older than most of those youngins!)
