A food catering worker in Brooklyn alleges in a lawsuit that Houston Rockets players heaved anti-gay insults his way while setting up a buffet in the team's locker room last season at Barclays Center, the Daily News reported Tuesday.
The lawsuit, filed in Brooklyn Federal Court, alleges 28-year-old Rasean Tate heard these comments while his back was turned: "Get this f***** out of here!" and "He's trying to catch a sneaky peeky!"

What a queer situation.
I guess Raesen is not gay about being queer. I thought they were not ashamed to be that way.
All of these incidents simply show that homosexuality will never be accepted.
We can all be beat into not saying anything bad about it publically, but in private situations our hardwired response is going to come through.

(Vote for Conservatives not for Republicans!)
Almost the exact words that females would be using.
“Get this “horn dog” (”dirty old man”, “perv”, etc) out of here, he is trying to sneak a peek at us in our undies”.

Situations like stripping naked in front of gays, in a locker room? I'd say that the caterer is lucky to have gotten out of there all in one piece.

What happens with greater regularity?
A lawsuit by a gay person alleging discrimination or offense?
Or a new reality series on A&E?

Here is the photo of the catering crew guy who was trying to catch a "sneaky peeky".

So much for free speech and freedom of association.
How did they know he was gay? My guess he was a flamer who had gay written all over himself. Flamers want to me noticed and love the attention even if it is ridicule. I’ll bet you a dollar to a dougnut hole if the player had asked the flamer would have spread his cheeks there and then.
The homo loby is very strong.
If anything is in their interests they as a whole loby.

Oh. widdle homo got his/her itty bitty feelings hurt?
??? A person can sue merely for being called names today? So does this mean every school kid can sue when told he’s a “stinky face” or a girl told she has “cooties”?

(Republican has "I can" at the end. Democrat has "rat". Any questions?)
Is this any different from Obama calling Paul Ryan’s budget proposal a “Stinkburger or Meanburger?” Bullying and harassment are pretty much the same regardless of who is saying the words....

They are a small cohort in numbers, but over-represented amongst the media and the wealthy, the two biggest pressure points on politicians.

I saw a magazine cover that mentioned the women of Duck Dynasty talk about “Phil's controversial comments and their views on “if they had a gay child...” Wow, now that is more riveting and important than say the prospect of a feminazi president or Hillary Clinton's role in Benghazi.

Having a male homosexual in the men's locker room is no different than a straight man being in a woman's locker room.
Being offended is not a crime.
...well, it's not suppose to be.

When first noted, “sexual harassment” required an employment relationship: supervisor/supervisee. Someone over whom the aggressor held some “power”. When did that change? This instance may have shown bad manners (though I would probably have said much worse), but how does this constitute “harassment”?

Unfortunately, the answer is yes!

Having spent a lot of time in locker rooms, I can say, guys are gonna bust your butt for whatever reason they can use - just part of the culture. If the guy couldn’t find a clever retort, he shoulda just ignored them. Years ago, when female reporters were first allowed in locker rooms, NY Jet Mark Gastineau pranced around naked, and waved his male member at a female reporter (Diane Shah, I think it was), asking “Do you know what this is?” “Yes, it looks like a penis, except smaller”, she replied. Gasteneau retreated to the shower, humiliated, while every guy in the room laughed their butts off.
