Because laws that provided such penalties were struck down by the “Supreme” (I always laugh when I type or say that) Court. Not too long ago, 4 - 6 years or so, there were such laws.
Why is this one not dead? Please help this 8 year old receive the justice 2 juries, DNA Proof, confession and ALL APPEALS, RIGHTS GIVEN HIM. All T’s and I’s have been dotted. Please help, please pass on.
