The sensible thing would’ve been to set up no-appointment clinics all over the US, with need determining cost, but everyone paying at least some minimum. This would provide adequate, affordable health care as a choice for everyone. It would’ve been cheaper to keep the insurance companies out of this option, and have a choice, not a mandate.

They'd have been able to if we hadn't spent the money necessary to increase provider payments on non-working websites and pajama boy ads.
