It's no more a "drug deliver device" than Coke, Pepsi, Sweet Tea, Twinkies, Candy Bars, Coors, A Keg, Cigar, or a slurpie.

If I can be trusted to have a bottle of shiny blue windex in my house, I think I can keep my vaporizer and guns out of reach of my kids. Kids have always reached for cigarettes because they aren't supposed to. This is no different and it doesn't require EPA or other regulatory efforts to make a law prohibiting sale to kids.

Sure. You've got a strong argument there. I urge you to continue to use it as it speaks truth, common sense, and it will resonate with the people.
