This has to be the biggest “no sh^t, Sherlock” article I’ve read in some time.

The whole media is one big Democrat organization. Time and Comcast is just more of the same old / same old inbreeding.

Amid assurances from some republicans, conservatives, and libertarians in Washington

When you get assurances from republicans, conservatives and libertarians in Washington D.C., the District of Criminals, a.k.a. Mordor on the Potomac, then it's BOHICA time.

Paying customers of Time Warner and Comcast hate both companies for their rapidly escalating pricing, lousy customer service, and bundling of content. Extremely wealthy Comcast CEO Brian Roberts could easily attacked by the GOP in the same way the Democrats are using Alinsky tactics to destroy the Koch brothers.

Instead once again the Republicans walk away from opportunity and insist there is nothing to be concerned about a communications monopoly being created that controls the internet pipeline to many homes in America as well as the video communications to the same homes. What happened to the trustbusting Teddy Roosevelt Republicans?

What happened to the trustbusting Teddy Roosevelt Republicans?

They became like Pat Toomey and were likely bought off by big companies like Comcast.
