Self incrimination is just what a DWI test is PERIOD ,,, yes or no ???? should states be able to arbitrarily suspend or revoke Constitutional amendments as part of their privilege to do so ???
I’ve heard that silly explanation before many times before . Does the 5th amendment guarantee your right or not ,,,, plain and simple ???
