It sounds like a Democrat double-speak threat to target seniors for punishment if they don't support 0bamaCare even though 0bamaCare has nothing to do with anyone on Medicare.

From what I've seen and read, built into the ACA is a reduction in spending for Medicare! And then, too, you have death panels in the ACA which apply disproportionally to Medicare patients.
