What kind of judge issued an illegal order of silence pertaining to Public funds
and agreements made by Government officials? This cannot be legal in any way.
Political protection from the courts is a new one for me to learn about.

If both parties agree to maintain confidentiality as a condition of the settlement, it can be made binding. FOI would allow a requester to find out how much was paid to whom but the conditions could be kept under wraps.
