Stupid statement on both.
Remember he called them heartless? Rove said of Perry, who later called his attack an error.
So Gov. Bush has got to be careful as this issue if he becomes a candidate and the issue comes back at him, not to respond by questioning the motivations of the people who oppose him.
is it an ‘an act of love’ under the law , if I choose to grow a huge marijuana crop on public lands , in order to just provide sustenance for my impoverished family ?
That’s what a lot of them come here to do .
Where does the love end and the law begin ?
is it an act of love to invade a neighboring country ?
Jeb has spent way too much time speaking Spanish and listening to his father’s ‘ kinder-gentler’ sentiments
So is the way you stuff your maw....
And it will be an act of love if a lot of us vote against him, love of country, that is.
No way to Jeb. He was an excellent Governor overall and if he wasn’t named Bush, he would probably have been a good candidate 6 years ago or maybe in 2012. This is a different time and we need new, inspiring leadership. We had a generation of big-government Republicans that have literally pulled down the party to an un-winnable position. We need the new younger generation of Jindals, Pences, Walkers, Cruzs and Rand Pauls to reform a winning coalition.
More like “Clueless”, “Naive”, “Childish”, “Self Centered”, “Self Defeating”, “Career Ending”
Apparently they both watch too much Hallmark Channel.
The spin for what the Bush's say and do, are enough to speed up the rotation of the earth...Eventually we'll all fly off.
If you want to call screwing the American workers an act of love, then Jeb Bush is correct.
I first read it I thought it said the Rove said it was “snarkful”...ME BAD!!

Next question...
I think that Jeb must have meant by “the act of love” is that we were getting f@cked by immigrants
never mind
WASHINGTON ON IMMIGRATION "The policy or advantage of immigration taking place in a body (I mean the settling of them in a body) may be much questioned; for, by so doing, they retain the language, habits, and principles (good or bad) which they bring with them. Whereas by an intermixture with our people, they, or their descendants, get assimilated to our customs, measures, laws; in a word, soon become one people." George Washington in a letter to John Adams
JEFFERSON ON IMMIGRATION "Every species of government has its specific principles. Ours perhaps are more peculiar than those of any other in the universe. It is a composition of the freest principles of the English constitution, with others derived from natural right and natural reason. To these nothing can be more opposed than the maxims of absolute monarchies. Yet, from such, we are to expect the greatest number of emigrants. They will bring with them the principles of the governments they leave, imbibed in their early youth; or, if able to throw them off, it will be in exchange for an unbounded licentiousness, passing, as is usual, from one extreme to another. It would be a miracle were they to stop precisely at the point of temperate liberty. These principles, with their language, they will transmit to their children. In proportion to their numbers, they will share with us the legislation. They will infuse into it their spirit, warp and bias its direction, and render it a heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass." That xenophobic radical, Thomas Jefferson
Mr. Jefferson's concerns go right to the heart of the questions of uncontrolled immigration and, in Obozo's case, natural born citizenship, don't they?
Rove is an expert in the “art” of deception.
In other words lie like a dog until you get elected.
Well there’s always Mcclame, Karl. The circle of losers continues
>> Wallace, who was also a McCain campaign hack who became a co-host on The View after backstabbing .. former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, said it is “nonsense” and “illogical” for Americans to want border security first before broader immigration reform. <<
