Until I see this bitch frog marched to jail I won’t believe anything these yoyos say.Am I correct in assuming that only Holder can prosecute Lerner? If so, she walks. I just wonder if a Pubbie AG could, or even would have the stones to prosecute? How long before the statute of limitations runs out?

The Congress can only detain any member of the executive branch. The Sergeant-at-arms can hold them until the end of a session (recess?).
