Two Mexican soldiers in camouflage carrying assault rifles held border agents in a tense standoff on US soil, in January, the Los Angeles Times reported.

And the Obama administration did not even lodge a protest with the Mexican government. Nada.

And it was also revealed this wasn’t the first incursion of the Mexicans on our soil.  It seems there have been a couple of dozen incursions into Southern Arizona since 2010.

The January 26th standoff was reported as a foreign military incursion was withheld from people of the United States until the  Times broke the story.  The incursion lasted for 35 minutes and could have lasted longer, had not the Border Control agents not drawn their guns and radioed for help.  The incursion was confirmed in a letter from US Customs and Border Protection Commissioner R. Gil Kerlikowske.  The soldiers misidentified themselves and claimed they were after drug smugglers.

With Barry in the mansion, Kerry at Foggy Bottom and Holder at Justice, how is this a surprise?

Obozo cares more about the borders of Ukraine than he does our own.

Hmmm, I am not in the least bit shocked at Obama's reaction. I would be shocked if he DID protest.
He is "sin cajones."

I think I found the problem.

We used to know how to handle incursion.

Mex Military obviously involved in protecting drug loads.

It was probably hushed up because of the secret Obama/Sinaloa “intel for no busts” backroom deal.

You reach a point that the list of impeachable offenses makes the action not a punishment fitting the crime...

...then I remember all the a$$hats that voted for him and support his policies and everyone else in power he appointed...

I don’t know what the answer is. But more do-nothing republicans sure doesn’t feel very beneficial at this point.

“And the Obama administration did not even lodge a protest with the Mexican government. Nada.”

Issuing a protest on any level would assume that Obama cares about anything besides golf, expensive junkets on the taxpayer’s dime, and destroying the American way of life.

Clearly, he doesn’t.

Well, technically to be a foreign military invasion there has to be some kind of actual government in charge giving orders and such. Not like that in Mexico. This is an incursion by troops under the direct command of a private cartel. That they are also conscripted into the Mexican Army is an interesting but otherwise useless factoid. :-)

It was two of ‘em,,, on foot, walking parallel to the fence on the road, at 9am. Out there it’s like any barb wire fence in a pasture. Everyone knows that’s the border. My guess is that they decided it’d be easier to hop the fence and walk the road, rather than cut sign in their own side. Embarrassing, but they got caught.

Anyway,,,Those Mexican Army boys sure did right by me one time. Young professional looking Lieutenant. I hope he and his men have fared this drug war intact. That’s all I’ll say.

Just a few years ago, some Mexican army troops drove across a Rio Grande bridge and claimed they didn’t know they’d crossed the border. Nothing was done then, either. Just an act of love, folks, just an act of loooooove!

0bama will not defend our borders or sovereignty. Then again, what if he did? We would invade Mexico, take over their country, and what would we have accomplished?

Nothing, except 140 million new welfare recipients.

Sorry, I paint with a broad brush...

This, and looking at the overall picture as we’ve progressed in the gathering of news, and revelations regarding these apparent criminals involved in the “leadership” of our country makes me wonder just how involved in the drug(s) “industry” the party of the first part is.

Financing a takeover of the World costs some bucks.

It will be a big concern when terrorists or Narco terrorists disguised as Mexican troopers cross the boarder and commit an atrocity.

ME? The louder they call for total amnesty, the more I think (sarcastically) that we should invade Mexico to fix it.
