On Feb. 26, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid took to the Senate floor and declared that billionaire Republican businessmen Charles and David Koch were "un-American." He's barely been able to stop talking about the "Koch brothers" ever since.
On March 4, Reid declared that Senate Republicans were "addicted to Koch." On March 13, Reid mentioned the "Koch brothers" in a floor speech 25 times. This week, he said Republicans should wear Koch insignia on their suitslike NASCAR drivers.
It's all part of Reid and the Democrats' calculated efforts to summon a suitable villain in 2014. Reid believes that the Kochs, the financiers at the center of a nationwide GOP network that is spending millions of dollars on campaign ads against Democrats, are the perfect foil.
The good folks at the Sunlight Foundation have created a tool, CapitolWords, to show just how much Reid and his fellow Democrats are pushing the "Koch brothers" message.

Looks like Dingy Harry should get that jacket with the Koch Industries logo on it .
The Los Angeles Times reported in November 2006 that when Reid became Senate majority leader he committed to making earmark reform a priority, saying hed work to keep congressmen from using federal dollars for pet projects in their districts. It was a good idea but an odd one for the senator to espouse. He had managed to get $18 million set aside to build a bridge across the Colorado River between Laughlin, Nev., and Bullhead City, Ariz., a project that wasnt a priority for either states transportation agency. His ownership of 160 acres of land nearby that stood to appreciate considerably from the project had nothing to do with the decision, according to one of his aides. The propertys value has varied since then. On his financial-disclosure forms from 2006, it was valued at $250,000 to $500,000. Open Secrets now lists it as his most valuable asset, worth $1 million to $5 million as of 2010.
How Reid acquired that land is interesting, too. He put $10,000 into a pension fund his friend Clair Haycock controlled, to take over the 160-acre parcel at a price far below its assessed value. Six months later, Reid introduced legislation that would help Haycocks industry, a move many observers said appeared to be a quid pro quo, though Reid and Haycock denied that the legislation was the result of a property deal.
We dont know how much more money Reid has or how he made all of it. For that, wed have to see his tax returns.

How come Conservatives permit the more conservative to be keelhauled by the same (expletive deleted) people who break and bend the rules?
commies hang together
Simple....Soros is at heart a cmmie and fits in well with them
The dogs who know their owner don't bark.
Unfortunately our side is too squeamish (or on the take) to similarly take on Soros, Steyer, etc.
I’m telling you, he’s queer for them.
He is a very sick man.
