Eric WithHolder will not prosecute IRS Gangster Lois Lerner, of course, and even if he did, Barack Al-Obama would likely pardon her for her Federal crimes. But, can she be prosecuted in any STATE courts??
Minimalist reporting to support an ideology.
Lerner was deposed by the DOJ and THEN claimed some 5th Amendment protection before congress. The US Courts have never held in favor of selective use regarding enumerated rights.
There are 23 Pubbies on this committee. Of that number, 21 voted FOR. Who were the two that voted AGAINST (or weren’t there?)? I cannot find a roll call on this vote. Thanks.
And?
Then?

How long til the beheading?
Do we torture her for info first?
I guess she’s scared sh*tless, considering the severe punishments which ‘Contempt of Congress’ inflicted on Minister of Shenanigans Holder last year?
Let me known when the cuff her and perp walk her out of the Capitol.

This is a perfect time for a contemptible creature from the IRS to be held in contempt — five days before the tax-filing deadline.
Over the weekend, millions of American taxpayers will have something else to get angry about besides America’s extortionate taxes and the IRS’s frustratingly user-unfriendly instructions for filling out its forms.
Members of the Tea Party — the IRS’s particular victim — should congregate at H & R Block offices over the next few days, waving ‘’Taxed Enough Already’’ signs and commiserating with the long lines of people waiting to be divested of their hard-earned money, especially those emerging from the offices like sheep after their annual shearing.
This is the ideal situation for Tea Party recruiting. Annual demonstrations in front of tax-preparation offices leading up to April 15th could arouse as much anti-tax anger over the years as dumping tea into Boston harbor once did.
But if holder won’t prosecute her, is there anything the house can do?
Ever get the feeling that we’re being fed free bread while watching a circus?
