The RAT bill to ban therapy for unwanted same sex attraction went down in flames, one rare sign of good news in the People's Republic of Illinois. How the hell would banning that be remotely constitutional?

It may be a ban for parents submitting minors to such therapy, which I believe is illegal in several states. Curiously, such “progressive” states don’t make “gender reassignment” surgery for minors illegal.
