I have heard everything possible on this situation. He refused to pay. The cost was raised to the point it was ridiculous. The BLM stopped taking lease money. Since 50 grazers have been forced out already something smells like B.S.

That is what I was waiting for ... Thank You Starstruck. Has anyone interviewed any of these 50 to have their opinions on the record?

Remember, just last week Hussein 0bama announced that he was going to do something about "cow flatulence" to reduce globull warming? When the words came out of his ugly face I knew that meant reduction in cattle herds, and what better way to do this than to restrict grazing and seize herds of family farmers. Never mind that beef prices are already through the roof.

Nope. The restrictions on the number of cattle may have been ridiculous, but the cost per animal month (cow/calf pair counts as 1) is the same for everyone across the board for grazing. Set by federal law at $1.35/ per Animal Unit Month, or AUM. An AUM is the amount of forage needed to sustain one cow and her calf, one horse, or five sheep or goats for a month. The rate's been the same $1.35/AUM since 1986, and takes an act of Congress to change the rate. BLM can't set the rate.
