He had no choice if he got his insurance through The Exchange.

He could have gone another route and purchased it on his own.

The point is when people click on the exchange they don’t know that they could be FORCED onto Medicaid.

You can’t get off of it by going somewhere else for insurance at that point, you are stuck with it, like it or not.

I don’t think you understand what they are doing. Before this law nobody was forced to take Medicaid.
