Actually spreading out the areas where protestors are gathering to peacefully show signs and picket could be helpful. It removes the chance of violence, and it may be more effective since more people will notice the protests.

For example, people in the area could locate where the various BLM employees and rangers are staying or live and protest near their offices, hotels, homes, or even the restaurants they frequent. Clearly efforts should be made to avoid close contact that could exacerbate tensions. But public protests can be very effective.

Also, apparently some private contractors are working for the BLM. Their businesses should be called out and picketed as well.

In every case protests should be conducted in a safe and law abiding manner. But the "First Amendment Zone" is the entire nation.

The Obummer administration provokes the people

1775: “When the controversy with Britain shewed symptoms of hostility and the design of the ministry and parliament to provoke us to arms became apparent the people of New Hampshire began seriously to meditate the defence of their country.”
